This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites, a service provided by OpenAI. When the website is accessed, technical information may be processed to deliver and secure the service. This can include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser and device information, and diagnostic or security data.

The purpose is to provide a stable and secure website, prevent misuse, and diagnose technical faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. OpenAI may engage subprocessors and may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in its terms and privacy information.

3. Newsletter and Brevo

The newsletter form is not loaded automatically. It is loaded only when you select “Load subscription form.” After that action, Brevo may receive technical data needed to display and secure the form. If you subscribe to the Timeless Wisdom Letter, the email address you enter, your confirmation status, and technical evidence associated with the subscription may be processed by Brevo, our email delivery provider. Depending on the transaction, this evidence may include timestamps, IP address, delivery status, and interactions required to manage the subscription.

Loading the third-party form is based on your voluntary action and consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Newsletter consent is requested separately inside the form. We use a double opt-in procedure: after submitting the form, you must confirm the subscription through an email link. The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Records needed to demonstrate consent and prevent misuse may also be retained on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. 4. Google reCAPTCHA

The newsletter form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. The form and reCAPTCHA are not loaded automatically. They load only when you select “Load subscription form.” After that action, Google may process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, referring page, cookies or similar identifiers, and interaction data.

This protects the form, mailing list, and website against spam and misuse. Loading reCAPTCHA is based on your voluntary action and consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can avoid this processing by not loading the subscription form. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy information.

5. YouTube content

This website links to YouTube and may display videos from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com, only after you actively open the relevant lesson or video area. Once loaded, Google/YouTube can process technical and usage data and associate it with your Google account if you are signed in.

Loading embedded video content is based on your voluntary action and, where required, consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can avoid this processing by not opening embedded videos and by using the ordinary external links instead.

6. Facebook content

The Facebook timeline is not loaded automatically. It is loaded only when you select “Load Facebook updates.” After that action, Meta Platforms may receive your IP address, device and browser information, the page visited, and interaction data, and may link this information to your Facebook account if you are signed in.

The legal basis for loading the Facebook content is your consent through that action under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can avoid this processing by not loading the timeline.

7. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your contact details, message, and any information you choose to provide in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or pre-contractual matter, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed, unless legal retention duties apply.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not currently use a separate analytics or advertising service on this website. Third-party forms and social content described above are blocked until you actively choose to load them. Once loaded with your consent, the relevant provider may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies as described in its privacy information.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time for the future.
